Context & Challenge: To connect two strategic priorities - Innovation and DEI in a way that was relevant, resonant, and scalable across Covestro’s diverse workforce and plant locations. The goal was to celebrate ideas and identities together, making inclusion as visible as innovation.
Objective: To strengthen Covestro’s innovation culture and DEI commitment by creating a unified, experiential platform that recognises achievements, amplifies diverse voices, and fosters belonging across all levels.
Strategy & Transformation Approach: We activated site-level events, led by ERGs, blending recognition with experiential learning. Guest speakers brought external credibility, while local teams ensured cultural fit. A hybrid of celebration and reflection, the event reinforced DEI and innovation as mutually reinforcing pillars of growth.
