I recently had the opportunity to speak as a delegate panelist at the Golden Aim Corporate Excellence & Leadership Conference & Awards 2025, and it turned out to be one of those experiences that stays with you long after the session ends.

The theme, “Shaping the Future of Work: Innovation, Inclusion, Impact,” struck a deep chord. In a world being reshaped by AI, automation, and digitalisation, conversations on leadership aren’t just timely - they’re essential. Speaking on “Innovative Leadership: Leading with Agility and Vision” brought back the many moments in my own journey where uncertainty became the spark for clarity, reinvention, and growth.

What elevated the session were the powerful perspectives shared by Shailesh Godekar and Supriya Bambawale. Their insights on transformation, culture, and the evolving expectations of a dynamic workforce added honesty and depth to the dialogue - the kind that reminds you why shared thinking strengthens leadership.

Grateful to the organisers for creating a platform that encourages leaders to pause, reflect, challenge the norm, and reimagine what’s possible.​ This moment is was reminder that the future of work will be shaped by leaders who innovate with intention, build inclusion into everyday action, and create impact that outlasts roles, titles, and trends.

This recognition reflects the impact of ‘A ONEderful World’ - a campaign that redefined DE&I from a corporate mandate into a cultural movement. By embedding inclusion into everyday behaviours across plants and offices, we moved from awareness to action, driving mindset shifts on the ground.
Standing alongside industry leaders from manufacturing, IT, FMCG, e-commerce, and entertainment, I was reminded that innovation isn’t just about what we create - it’s about the change we enable.
