Context & Challenge: For the industrial workforce, DE&I was a foreign concept. There was no resistance - just zero relevance. Terms like “diversity,” “equity,” and “inclusion” held no meaning without context. The biggest barrier to change wasn’t mindset - it was comprehension.
Objective: To break down DE&I into tangible, relatable, and actionable messages for the frontline workforce - building foundational awareness and emotional engagement at scale.
Strategy & Transformation Approach: We reframed DE&I for the shopfloor by stripping away jargon, using culturally relevant visuals, and embedding inclusive behaviors into daily routines.
